Dice:    92.    The leg hold was devastating. Anne was at her breaking point and her leg too, or so it felt, but thankfully Kelly seemed to get bored with it hold first.  She released Anne who fell back onto the mat panting for air.  Anne’s knee felt numb and she was considering giving up. How untimely was it that her injury would act up now? 

She thought to herself how often she’d been through far worse in many other matches but here she was lying on the mat contemplating defeat all because of dumb luck…

“This match is over whether you want it to or not.” Kelly mocked.

Anne’s eye’s clicked open. She forgot Kelly was still behind her. Just as she gasped- Kelly wrapped herself around Anne like an octopus and clasped her right hand over her mouth and nose. It was a suffocation tactic.

Anne fiercely squirmed in panic and tried to pull Kelly’s hair but to no use. With every muffled breath, she could feel the fight leaving her…

“This is a little move I learned at a shoot not too long ago. The hard way mind you. So I’d hate for you get hopeful.” Kelly seemed to be really enjoying this, and why not, she was about to get her second tournament win.
