                Chang was a dedicated young lady with top marks in school so being accepted in to an American school was no problem, the problem was which one to accept? Eventually she picked one of the major Medical schools California had to offer.  While at school she could feel herself slowly losing touch with her lifelong Shuai Jiao training and even though she convinced some of the girls in her class to let her train them (To teach is to master) it wasn’t enough so she went looking for a new master and found one half way across the city. 

                Training again felt good but Chang wanted more, she wanted the surge of adrenaline she’d get back home when she was competing.  As dumb luck would have it, few years later, she picked up a new girl who was young and ready to learn more about her style. Chang trained the girl not knowing what she was using it for until the younger girl came to practice bruised and excited.  Chang asked the younger girl, ASHLEY, what had happened and she explained that there was an underground bunker beneath the campus that had been converted into a colosseum.  It was a wonderful place to let loose some steam and win money. This was exactly what Chang had been hoping for so needless to say she showed up at the next possible chance but what she didn’t know was that Ashely was just recruiting more girls to the colosseum.

                In the underground colosseum Chang learned the joys of watching your opponent fall before your feet and to make them beg for mercy.  It was powerful and she loved it.  From then on school didn’t seem so tough if she had her time to shine underground.  Chang made it to a strong 5 match winning streak before getting her first lose by a girl that honestly, she should have beat but the girl had other fighting styles under her belt that proved troublesome.  The lose hurt Chang to the point that she was losing sleep and had to fix the problem before her grades suffered. This is when she found a relatively new gym that taught wrestling and various other styles. After her first visit, she quickly noticed that the gym had a group of girls much like her and she saw the potential for finding worthy advisories. The next time she’d go to that underground place she’d own it.

In the ring Chang shows great patience waiting and surviving the match, looking for her moment to take her opponent apart. When she does, she brings a fierceness to the match that usually has her opponents worried they’re in over their head.  Chang excels in quick take downs and hard point strikes, at first chance she’ll turn your mistake into a painful submission that won’t end until it’s lights out.
